Based in Austin, Texas, Benjamin Goldman is an accomplished finance executive and entrepreneur with over a decade of experience spanning private equity, digital health, and consumer services across the US and UK. Before settling in Texas, Benjamin Goldman began his career at Cerberus Capital Management in New York City, where he served as an analyst and associate within the Private Equity Group. There, he supported the execution of complex leveraged buyouts and advised management on value-creation initiatives post-acquisition. He was part of the team that bought YP Holdings from AT&T for $1 billion and even arranged subsequent refinancing efforts.
Following his tenure at Cerberus, Benjamin Goldman joined YP Holdings as VP of finance. In this position, he led strategic planning and divestiture projects. He later transitioned into entrepreneurship as managing director and investor in Blacks Members Club in London, where he led the acquisition, turnaround, and successful sale of the club.
In 2020, Benjamin Goldman co-founded Heading Health, a telehealth-based mental health provider that scaled to $3 million in annual revenue and over 100 employees, supported by $11 million in venture funding. After exiting Heading Health, he joined Manual, a leading men’s health brand, where he currently leads the Hair Transplant Clinics category. He oversees operations, expansion, and clinical integration across the UK. He scaled the category to over $2 million in revenue in his first year. Mr. Goldman has a BA in global financial management from London’s Regents University.
